Looking to find a new place either by myself or to share - have had my own 2 bedroom house in Hornsby for a few years but time to get closer to the ocean / a change of scenery.

I work 2 days / week in a clinic in Freshwater and run my own coaching business the other 3 days from home.

A room big enough to set up a desktop working station is a must, the option to rent two rooms in the same place or a granny flat would be even better.

When not working I can usually be found outdoors and spend most my weekends riding mountainbikes and camping.

I am not a party person but do enjoy cooking up a feast for friends every now and then and would love to live with someone who isn't opposed to the occasional meal/glass of wine together.
