Hey, my name is Matthias or Matt I am 24 and looking for a new place to call home.

I am working full time as marketing assistant based in pakenham. I love the gym, also nerdy about pop culture and other movies/games. I love a chat and I am super easy going but also like my own space.

All I need is a decent-sized room to fit a desk, chest of draws and queen bed! Would also pay extra bills for a decent internet connection!

I am looking to make new friends in this too! I will respect any house rules and personal space that makes everyone feel comfortable. I am hoping to move in with people around my age early to mid 20s. But if get along well I don't mind either :)
