Looking for team ups only for somewhere amazing and preferably close to the beach. Willing to stretch budgets to get the right place. Think renovated/new house with a pool and a nice outdoor area. Will require 2 secure parking bays for my small car collection but otherwise have no real additional needs.

Easy going, very clean and neat but expect the same in housemates 😅 Enjoy a social drink with housemates and friends but not a party animal.

Would prefer female housemate(s) purely for the fact that I feel like its a better dynamic but open to anyone really.
