Hi! My name is Nadine and I am moving to Gold Coast before I start working full-time as junior doctor at the hospital next year. I commence my work in January and would ideally move in by mid-December, or the latest, early January especially as I will be moving from NSW. I am requiring a furnished place but do not require a furnished room as I have my own bedding.

I would love to live close to the tram-line, hospital and ideally close to the beach (although the latter is not a must!). I have a car so somewhere I can park my car safely and securely is ideal (i.e. garage or off-street parking).

I am a social person and would love to have housemates I can openly talk to and ideally become friends. However, I do also enjoy time to myself after a very busy day as I believe this is very important and similarly, I will always respect your boundaries and private time. I like to keep things clean and tidy and want housemates that are similar.
