My name’s Kevin and I’m looking for a long-term place to stay (6+ months). Move in date flexible.

I work in data entry and mostly work from home.

I enjoy my own space but also like good conversation and going for walks. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. My children live nearby, and my eldest daughter lives in Maroubra hence I’m moving closer to her.

Ideally, I’m hoping for a place where I can have my daughter’s dog with me 2–3 days a week. NOT FULL TIME. His name is Teddy, he’s 11 years old, very calm, fully toilet-trained, and only goes potty outside. He stays in my room with me and is great company, keeping me active with exercises and keeps me motivated.
