Hi, I’m Tim – a professional working in North Sydney, originally from New Zealand, looking to shift suburbs closer to work.

I keep a structured routine during the week with work, exercise, and personal projects, and I value a calm, well maintained home environment.

I’m considerate of shared spaces, always clean up after myself, and believe in open, straightforward communication to keep things running smoothly. I’m social and friendly, but also very comfortable doing my own thing, so I strike a good balance between being approachable and giving others space.

I don’t smoke, I’m not a big party person, and on weekends, I enjoy music, tennis, and bouldering, and generally prefer a relaxed, positive home environment with good vibe music playing.
