Hey, looking for a room while my wife (ADF officer) is posted in Richmond nsw base. my own timeline’s flexible so I can work around what suits you.
I do disability work during days and do stand-up gigs some nights, so I’m often out.
I’m a minimalist, who enjoys having as few things as possible, so I keep things tidy and don’t bring much clutter. I also have to keep things clean particularly when my wife visits.
I’ve got a home gym (Ritkeep Pmax 4750) I’m happy to share, and I’ve been coaching fitness since I was a teen, so if you ever want training or nutrition help, happy to do that for free.
