Hi flatmates 👋

I’m Kate, late-20s and working full-time in the APS (mostly in the office). I've just come back from a year in Türkiye and I'm keen to find a friendly, relaxed sharehouse in Kingston/Campbell/Braddon from January (pretty flexible with move-in).

I’ve lived in Kingston sharehouses before, as well as in sharehouses and solo in Melbourne (my hometown). I know how to balance being a considerate, tidy housemate with enjoying chats and social time. I'm looking for positive vibes with housemates who value both connection and getting along.

I’m social and have a great crew of friends in and around Canberra, but not a party animal and tend to be out and about a lot in evenings/weekends. I'm always up for a shared meal, glass of wine, movie or even adventure together, while also respecting our downtime. My hobbies are thru‑hiking, skiing, tennis, gym and travelling, and I love Canberra for the outdoors.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, keep shared spaces clean without being OTT, and usually do a meal prep on Sundays/Mondays (lazy girl vibes). I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and don't have a car atm, but I do have a stand-up paddleboard that needs a bit of storage space (like 2m).
