Hello! I moved to Gold Coast in the beginning of 2025 for a job lecturing at Griffith. I work part time at the university and use my remaining time to volunteer at church, work on writing projects, or explore nature. Otherwise, I’m a homebody and would love a place that is tranquil and pleasant to be in.

I have been housesitting in Main Beach for the last 6 months and am looking for a new place now. It is just me and a few boxes I’d need to store - no kids, no pets. I’d be best suited to a studio or granny flat in a location that is near the tram or close to Griffith. If I do join a house share, I would need my own bathroom.

I am independent, very tidy, and responsible. I pay my bills on time (preferring automatic direct payments at regular intervals). I’m friendly but I tend to keep to myself. Except when game nights are on - then I’m a competitive champion. 😂
