Hello potential Flatmates and homeowners!

I’m writing to express my interest in becoming part of your home environment. My name is Christine and I am 24 years of age and I will be studying patisserie at Will Angliss and working in the CBD so I will be looking for places in the CBD or inner suburbs.

I have lived with previous Flatmates before so from the get go I understand the importance of respect and courtesy within a home. I value respect and open communication to avoid any misunderstandings about shared responsibilities among us in the household. I also have some rental references if needed. 😄

As for me, I am a very open and friendly person and will get along with anyone. I am a very active person as I do Muay Thai and dance. I can also be a homebody and love to just chill at home and watch movies.
