I am a 30 year old female, currently working fulltime in a stable job. I am looking for someone to rent a house with by the end of August so the sooner the better. This means we would both be on a lease. I have my portion of bond and first months rent, yours would up to you

I am clean, I am honest, I am hardworking & bills/rent will always be on time. I’m usually the kind to keep to myself, if I’m not at work I’m sleeping or spending time in my room. I don’t smoke or drink, I don’t party and do not touch drugs.

I come with a 7 year old rescue who is a strictly indoors cat. He is desexed, does not spray, is house and litter trained and very well behaved. He doesn’t like people therefore will spend his time in the room with me. His litter is changed every second day so no, it will not smell & yes I’m ontop of it. It’s a shelter also, so the smell doesn’t escape. I have a 3 year old rescue also who again is indoors only and is litter trained. None have ever had an accident elsewhere.

At the moment I’m just trying to see what’s out there that meets the budget I have. Ideally I’d like to be out on my own but looking for somewhere I can stay whilst I save some money to be able to do that.

I am not looking to move too far from work as I work In Dandenong south, I am also hoping gor an ensuite ir my own bathroom and I do need a a garage space as I own a highly sought after car and in this economy having my car not in a garage would mean my insurance becoming unaffordable.
