Hey, I’m Monica! Originally from Milan, but Sydney has been home for the past 8 years. I’m looking for a place in the beautiful Northern Beaches where I can settle in long-term. Ideally a private room in a chilled sharehouse or a self-contained granny flat/studio — close to the ocean would be a dream.

A bit about me:

I work from home full-time, so I need a quiet, comfortable space during the day.

Early to bed, early to rise — weekdays are pretty low-key for me.

Love spending my free time outdoors, at the beach, doing yoga or catching up with friends.

Social but also value downtime. I’m happy for the odd BBQ or get-together, just not into a party house.

Tidy, respectful, and I always clean up after myself.

What I’m after:

-Long-term lease with my name on it

-Weekly budget $450 (bills excluded)

-Move-in by end of August

-Prefer non-smoking / no drugs households
