Looking for a room asap. All female house hold preferably. Wanting something for 6-12 months :)

My name is Chelsea Rixon, looking for a room in a share house in Newcastle where I have my final 8 week teaching placement 20th April - 12th June.

Needing to secure a room before I start and am looking at staying in Newcastle after this placement as well.

Currently living at my parents property in Coffs but have lived in Newcastle the last 4 years in share houses so I have lots of experience. Given that I'm 4 hours away I’m happy to FaceTime before I drive down to inspect in person. I believe I am very responsible, intuitive, caring, and a great addition within any household. I’m open to any type of house hold, social at times or quiet as I can easily adapt to whatever works and respect that✊.

Throughout the placement I will be on government payments as a student and will be living off my balance of savings to pay the rent. Before / After the placement I will have casual teaching days across schools in Newcastle. I also have my rsa and rcg for bar work after prac.

I’m mainly keen on living in an all female house * But open to anything that aligns as I mainly just need a room and some kind of parking for my car, anything else is a plus.

🌸Not that much of a party girl / smoker. Only drink if there’s an occasion.
🌸I am also becoming a yoga instructor and do home workouts in my room or take my little bucket of weights and bands to the beach or quiet peaceful places lol!
🌸Am a foodie and enjoy a farmers market and opp shopping.
🌸Have a small bunch of friends that also live in newy :)
🌸 Like reading, self care nights, and movies
