I'm Veronika, originally from Estonia, lived in Australia 13 years now. I'm looking for to rent a room with ensuite in Sydney. I do have preferred locations near northern beaches, but not essential.

Available to move in May, but flexible with move in date.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IM LOOKING ONLY quiet clean place, definitely no party house and no pets living in the property.

I'm working full time in hospitality, events like races, festivals, F1, concerts, sports etc.
Nonsmoker, healthy lifestyle, love to cook, tidy... I'm social person, but also respect other people privacy. And I expect similar things from future flat mates: :)) Easy going, SO NO Dramas OR PARTY place please 😉

Glass of wine every now and then is fine, but no more than 1-2 people living in the property.
I work long hours and would like to have secure and relax atmosphere.
