Hi! My names Katie. I’m looking to team up with the right housemate to find a place together ☺️ my current housemate and I get along extremely well but I’m looking for somewhere closer to the city for work and also don’t think I’ll survive the summer without air conditioning

I’ve lived in share houses for the last 8 years so understand the ins and outs of good communication and maintaining a tidy space.

Things I look for:
-aesthetic spaces (vintage whimsy is my vibe)
-night shifter friendly (I’m a nurse)
-someone that loves animals
-a creative space
-open yet empathetic communication
-plant lovers

My days off consist of swimming/gym, working on my art, playing piano, reading and blasting Olivia Rodrigo through my headphones. I come with most furniture minus a few staples (happy to pay for this or go halves). I have a 2 year old mini Dalmatian called Maple that also needs a home. She has been an inside/outside dog so inside when I’m home and when I’m at work she is outside. She is sweet and affectionate and very low maintenance. I’m Looking for a house that is comfortable and sociable where we can do things together from time to time, but where I can also have time to myself when needed
