I am a single woman and have been living in a beautiful house in Port Jackson Blvd Clear Island Waters for the past 3 years.
My lovely landlady has decided to move back into her house to live so it’s time for me to relocate.

I am respectful of one’s privacy, enjoy my own company, positive people and peace of mind. I have great character references and always pay rent on time. I work part time by choice also do volunteer work 2 days a week. I am very clean and tidy, enjoy the arts, movies, golf and weekends away. Would prefer my own bathroom and definitely require off street parking. I enjoy everyday life and love living on the Gold Coast
