Looking for a peaceful granny flat or 1 bed flat or 1 bed studios with washing machine that has space for my freezer because I have disability.

I need a landlord that is happy to sign centrelink rent assistance form and can register bond , so that both of us are protected. I was notified last night to vacate in an month time so I need a bond loan .

I need a place where theres buses to go to the place and walkable distance to train within 30 minutes walking range .

Asking a place that has regular buses and have local train station and not too far from city.
