Looking for a room in Hobart, around University of Tasmania, for my recently high school graduated son that is starting in February studying a degree in science. I let him introduce himself:

Hi, I’m Marius. I’m a first year uni student moving from Brisbane to Hobart and need a place to stay for the entire year, considering longer if the right place. I’ll be studying full time and working part time. I’m easygoing, respectful, and clean after myself in shared spaces. I have previous flatmate experience. I’m quiet, don’t smoke or drink, and keep to myself but enjoy a friendly chat. In my free time I listen to music or go out hiking. Not a party animal and won’t be bringing people over, focusing on my studies and exploring Tasmania.
