I work in hospitality at the Star (Almost 8 years now) permanent part time (majority full time hours). My shifts are mostly 3 - 11:30pm, sometimes later on weekends.

I have dinner at the end of my shift at work, so I don't need to use kitchen after work to cook.

Gym on days off, rarely drink, light smoker.

Ultimately seeking Granny flat type situation, or 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom sharing with 1-2 other mature people.

Location: Ideally as close to work (Broadbeach) as possible.

Preferences: Preferably own bathroom, covered parking, furnished (flexible with all).

If sharing, preference to mature aged/minded person/s, with similar attributes.

Budget: Ideally around $300
