relocating from Sydney to work as a tattooist on the Gold Coast.
I don't drink and i don't smoke and I'm not dating so i wouldn't be disturbing the home life too much. I do like to cook occasionally but mostly i would prepare fresh food from the farmers market. i sleep late and light to play a little music when I'm showering but other then that i am happy to move quietly around when I'm home if you have a busy work schedule ect.

can pay a bond and move anytime as I'm subletting in Byron bay atm with no agreement to stay on here for any length. i will need to do a facetime interview and inspection before transferring the deposit.
walk from the beach and sauna pool facilities would be awesome but not too picky just need to find a place in the next few weeks.
