Hi, my name is Solai. I’m originally from Singapore and recently graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland, where I studied from July 2022 to July 2024 in Brisbane. I moved to Perth in August 2024 for work and have been living here since.

My current lease ends on 28 November 2025, so I’m looking for a new, comfortable place to stay long-term. My current visa is valid until 28 January 2027, so I’m planning to rent for at least a year or slightly longer.

I’m a tidy, quiet, and responsible tenant who takes good care of the property. I enjoy reading, fitness, and exploring new places around Perth during weekends. I value having a clean, peaceful home and will always ensure rent is paid on time.
