Hi, I'm Anna.
I'm a female from South Korea, and I work in healthcare. I'm looking for a fully furnished room in a non-smoking environment, *strictly with own bathroom or ensuite*, not too far from Murdoch. I'd love to stay long term (6 + or 12+ months) given things work out. I also need a parking spot without any time limit for my little car. Please, please do not send me messages if the room you're advertising comes with a shared bathroom/toilet. My answer will be a no as I'm not interesed in sharing a toilet, no matter how cheap the room is.

I don't smoke, drink, or party, nor have a pet. I keep my space really clean. I'm friendly, very responsible and punctual with rent. In my free time, I usually go hang out with friends or watch movies at home and chill. I'm happy to have a chat but also know when to give space to people.

My budget will be about $300 per week including internet, electricity, and water. Please send me a message as I'm open to negotiation for price and most of the other stuff, but I'm strictly after a room with my own bathroom/toilet.
