Hi there! I am a reliable professional working full-time in the CBD. I am looking for a peaceful, clean, and secure sanctuary to call home.

My budget is $300 per week, strictly inclusive of all utility bills (water, electricity, internet). Because I commute to the city, I want to be situated in a suburb with direct, easy public transport access (express bus or train) to the CBD.

Property Type: I am open to a private room with its own attached ensuite bathroom in a house share, or a self-contained granny flat/studio on a quiet property.

The Household: If it's a sharehouse, I am specifically looking to live with only one other tenant—ideally another female professional who values a safe, calm, and respectful home environment.
