I’m Tayrah, I’m 24 and I work full time and study at Griffith university

My housemates have decided they don’t want to renew our lease so my options are either: move out by the lease end in May OR I take over the lease but I would need 2-3 housemates to move in for affordability. Message me for more info on the house if interested!
If I were to move out, I’d be hoping to join a lease somewhere close to M1 between Coomera and Burleigh
I’m usually pretty busy so when I’m not working or studying I do usually keep to myself and I’m clean and tidy.

I’m open to a room for rent as long as it’s not too pricey and I have my own private room and preferably own bathroom and car space
