Hi I am Grant. I’m looking for a place I’m having to move out of my family home. I’ve managed renting rooms in this house with males and females over the past 2 1/2 years i’m someone that gets along well with All ages and respect people privacy and own space. I’m working full time as a Production Manager in a cabinet making Company in Burleigh. I have lived on the Gold Coast for 34 years.
I am trustworthy and honest and I possess high levels of integrity and emotional intelligence. I am also clean and tidy around the home. I enjoy playing golf, boating, going to the beach and catching up with friends. I am an early bird up early out and about Work during the week and surfing on weekends also enjoy all sports on someone who doesn’t mind sharing a meal or just sitting down having a quiet drink I also enjoy cooking!!!!
