I am Canadian, from Vancouver (also a permanent resident in Australia)!

I am a designated accountant (CPA) and have a stable full time job near Hamilton. I always pay rent on time and don't need follow up.

I am looking for a place as possibly as early as mid February, but will need to find a place before the end of March. I currently live in the city, however my current landlords need the room for family coming over from overseas. I have lived in the same place for almost 2 years, so I appreciate stability and long term rent.

I don't smoke or drink, but don't mind if you do. I am a very easy going person, responsible, clean and mature. So basically a low maintenance roommate with minimal requirements. I have had many roommates in the past so I am flexible with who you are too! :)

I enjoy cars, the outdoors and I love to travel, having been to over 38 countries (so hoping to travel more soon). Other interests include games (both video games or board games are fun!), going to the gym, and I also enjoy trying new foods and local spots in Brisbane! :D

I am looking preferably for a room either in the CBD area, Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane, or close by. I will also consider other areas so long as it is near a train station. I don't require a furnished room as I have my own furniture but I am also open to furnished if available. Unfortunately I don't have a car, but on the plus side, I won't require a parking spot either.
