I am easy going, clean, have no pets, tidy and non smoker.

Looking for a self contained whole property 1 or 2 bedroom apartment/unit/studio/granny flat that we can rent. Flexible move in and long term stay.

On property parking!

Anywhere around Sydney NSW or surrounding suburbs would be fine.

Also please no shared houses/private rooms etc.
