Hi 🙋‍♀️….I’m a youthful 45yr young woman (with besties 10yrs younger than me, so if you’re not quick to judge a number all the better ☺️🌈🙌💫) Ultimately looking to rent a self contained studio apartment or granny flat , on /or close to a main bus or tram line …however if that doesn’t happen I’m open to sharing again, with some harmonious like-minded souls.
( Close to public transport is still a prerequisite) I’m extremely adaptable and within the last 3 years have lived in share houses with both females and males in their 20’s, males my own age and women in their 60’s ( Rent references available also) . I am both a diplomat and humanitarian at heart 😌❤️ and am about focusing on our “commonalities” rather than our “differences”… I think that’s why I have the ability to successfully co-habit with all ages of life if I have to. PLUS …bonus for you …💁‍♀️ (besides having a decent sense of humour ☺️) I’m; considerate, respectful, hard working, clean and tidy and enjoy a peaceful / harmonious home environment with other positive people/ like minded souls. I enjoy my privacy, so I will be respectful of yours. I love the beach/ ocean 🏝️🌊🌞🙌😌🌈 and used to surf a lot , not so much anymore just more work orientated now, however , you’ll find me at the beach still on my days off. I work full time in pharmacy in the Broadbeach area, 5 days per week, Tuesday -Saturday. I try to focus on the positives even when life gets challenging 🥹 Ps I’m a mum to a very independent nearly 20 year old daughter, who lives elsewhere and does her own thing. So I’m definitely not here to be anyone’s mum in a shared living situation. “Live and let live” is a beautiful motto and everyone is on their own journey .
