Hi 🙋‍♀️….I’m a youthful, 46 year young woman (with besties 10yrs younger than me, so if you’re not quick to judge a number all the better ☺️) who grew up on the Southern Gold Coast .

Looking to rent a self contained studio apartment / granny flat OR share with some harmonious, like minded souls (courteous , respectful of each other , our space and each other’s privacy… you get the gist 💁‍♀️)

Essential that accomodation is on or close to a main bus or tram line …and I have a car that will need parking somewhere … preferably a place I don’t have to move it every 3 hours .

I’m considerate, respectful, hard working, clean and tidy and enjoy a peaceful / harmonious home environment with other positive people.

I enjoy my privacy, so I will be respectful of yours. I love the beach/ ocean 🏝️🌊🌞🙌😌 and used to surf a lot , not so much anymore just more work orientated now, however, you’ll still find me at the beach often on my days off.

I work full time in pharmacy in the mid Gold Coast area, 5 days per week.

Non-smoker here and passive smoking from environment really affects me, so if that’s a biggie for you , probs not gonna work … vapes and nicotine especially 🫠
