Hi, I am 35 year old early childhood teacher. I am single and have already been living in share accommodation, renting a granny flat with a friend. Yet, my current landlords are planning construction on their home and need use of their granny flat.

I am friendly, considerate, clean and have been told I'm a wonderful person to live with. I am a local to the Ryde area, and am looking to stay in the area if possible.
