Hi, I am 35 year old early childhood teacher. I am single and have already been living in share accommodation, renting a granny flat with a friend. Yet, my current landlords are planning construction on their home and need use of their granny flat.
I am friendly, considerate, clean and have been told a wonderful person to live with. I am a local to the Ryde area, with school and church, and work on campus at Macquarie University. So, I am looking to stay in the area if possible.

I am looking for a single bedroom home or a two bedroom place for myself and my current flatmate (as we'd like to stay together if possible).

I terms of timeframe for moving, I am hoping to be able to move in by the end of June the absolute latest.
