I’m looking for a private room in a clean and quiet place— prefer ensuite but happy to share the bathroom with just one other person. I work full-time in tech, with one day a week working from home and the rest on-site at client locations. I have a simple cooking routine, don’t have any pets, and I’m happy to cover the internet bill. I value a peaceful living environment and am respectful of shared spaces.
