Cam and Megumi

Most important thing first; I have a son who stays with me one weekend per fortnite. An unfurnished room would be preferable as I have my own bed and desk. We are very peaceful and we keep to ourselves and respect the space around us. We clean up after ourselves. We do not smoke or drink or throw parties. Owners are welcome to have parties or bbqs on weekends. We are looking for a peaceful and welcoming environment. Some small amount of garage space would also be ideal. :)
