I’m a full-time working professional, mostly in the office in West End Monday to Friday. I’m sociable and friendly, but I also value quiet time and having my own space. I’m respectful, tidy, and easy to live with.

I’m looking for a comfortable, well-kept share home with working professionals, couples, or business/entrepreneurial people who value a calm, respectful household. Ideally a bigger house with good space and a few nice perks but I’m open to apartments etc

• Budget: up to $550 per week
• Parking preferred (or safe on-street parking nearby)
• Clean, respectful household
• Comfortable room and shared spaces

Weeknights are generally relaxed. I’m reliable, will pay rent on time, and appreciate a home that feels comfortable, balanced, and drama-free.
