Hi! We are Marina and Ivan, a Brazilian-Colombian couple looking for a granny flat or private self-contained space to call home.

We are both clean, tidy, organised and responsible. We take good care of the place we live in and always treat it as if it were our own.

We both work and study and have busy routines, so we are looking for a quiet, comfortable and private place just for the two of us where we can relax and enjoy our time at home.

We are easy-going, respectful and reliable. We enjoy going to the beach, exercising, exploring Sydney and spending time with friends, but at home we appreciate a peaceful and relaxed environment.

We are looking for a long-term home and would love to find a place where we can settle in and feel at home.
