Hey! I’m looking for a flatmate to either team up and find a great place together, or move into somewhere already lined up.

I work full-time in property development, so I’m pretty across keeping a home running smoothly. I’m clean, tidy, and easygoing — I respect personal space and downtime, but I’d also love to live with someone who’s up for the occasional chat, wine, or dinner and could become a genuine friend, not just a housemate.
