Hello everyone, I'm Hazelle and i'm looking for somewhere new to live!

Looking for somewhere in St Kilda, Windsor or Prahran or South Yarra!

a little about me:
- as above im 25, im a fashion designer but currently taking a break from the industry and working in retail, therefore im in and out of the house and work during the week and weekends.
- im a friendly and vibrant person who's always down for a chat or adventure but I also love to chill and just watch a movie.
- during the week im pretty chill and usually working or at home doing something creative, watching a movie or out for walks.
- on the weekends I like to go out with friends and socialise as well as go on little adventures but also love to chill at home.
- I have a cat who is 17, she's super chill and friendly however struggles with other animals so I would prefer somewhere that doesn't have other animals :)
- I do have a car so a car spot could be great however if there is permit parking on the street im happy with that too!
- im looking for a calm, friendly and clean household preferably with only one other female housemate. someone who I can be social and friends with but we also can have our seperate time. someone who is able to communicate and compromise when problems arise!
- im looking for a place for at least 12 months
