I'm looking for two friendly, respectful and responsible people to share a beautiful apartment with me in Hobart CBD.

The apartment is modern, spacious and in a fantastic CBD location, within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and public transport.

A little about me:
My name is Patricia, I'm a 39-year-old Brazilian currently working in hospitality in Hobart.
I'm a quiet, respectful, clean and organised person who enjoys a peaceful and tidy home. I appreciate having my own space, but I'm also friendly and enjoy chatting with my housemates from time to time.
In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, running and reading books. I usually cook only once a week, so I'm not in the kitchen very often.

I have an excellent rental history in Australia and can provide references if required.

I'm looking for housemates who are respectful, clean, easy-going and considerate of shared spaces. I'd love to create a comfortable, friendly and relaxed home where everyone feels safe and respects each other's privacy.
