Have been in Newcastle since April last year, up from Sydney for work. Project finishes end of March and am looking for a short-term rental for next month. Willing to pay up to $450pw for the inconvenience!

Most of my day is at work and I like to chill afterward. Im easy going and keep to myself, and will be travelling to Sydney every weekend.

I clean up after myself and am conscious to keep spaces neat and tidy. Being away most weekends it is easier for me to pay for a cleaner for common areas or to pay you (for deep cleaning). Obviously will help with chores during the week.

Looking for somewhere within 30 minutes of Newcastle CBD, needs to be furnished as well. Move in date would be the 7th of March and I’d move out on the 2nd of April.
