Hey,

I've recently relocated to the Gold Coast and looking for a room. I'm preferably looking for a furnished room if possible but can get my own if needs be.

I'm originally from the UK and I have a property myself that I'm renting out so I understand exactly what I would want from a flat mate/tenant who would be living in my place!. I can assure you I'm respectful, tidy, easy going. I can give space or be a friend and housemate.

I’ll be working full time and this is a remote job so I’ll be working from home during the day (but this will be from my room so you won’t see me)!

I'm not a big drinker and very into my fitness and like to go for runs and the gym.
