Hi, I am Ashutosh, an IT professional looking for a private furnished room anywhere in Sydney but not too far away from the CBD and reachable from trains in half an hour or so. Twice a week I go to office mostly Monday and Wednesday and rest other days I work from home, it's a full time job (Mon - Fri in a regular timings).

I'm planning to move in from current place on the 5th of May 2024. I am a non-smoker, tidy, quiet, easy-going, hilarious, and a clean person. I have positive attitudes, also respect other people’s privacy.

Love to walk everyday atleast for half an hour, even if I am too busy with my day today work. Do not hesitate to share time with flatmates in free times whether its outing, cooking, buying household items etc. Live like a home and not like a hotel that's what I believe and expect from my flat mate too.

I love to listen music, but since I'll be working full time, I'm certain that I won't have time to do that much. In free time I use to go out explore new places, if nothing I have to do then get relax at home and watch Netflix series, surfing, browsing etc.
