Happy to socialise with fellow humans in my downtime and allow them to join in on the shenanigans.

On a more serious note.
I am looking to rent a room on the Gold Coast from Broadbeach to Palm Beach. I am open to team ups and renting a property through real estate agencies if anyone is looking.
I am looking for somewhere with the stability of long term and also open to trial periods so both sides feel comfortable.

About me:
I work full time across 2 jobs Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm.
Both jobs are on site and not work from home.

I grew up on acreage with many different animals, so I have no problem living with animals and roommates partners but I am not bringing any animals with me.

On weekends I get my laundry done then head up to Brisbane to visit my dogs.
With my other day off being either a recovery from the night before or just a day to reset in general.
More than happy for future housemates to join me on my escapades.
I clean up after myself as I go and prefer living in a clean environment.

I am not the type of person that will lock myself away in my room. I do enjoy being social with whomever I live with and meeting new people in general.
