I’m 35 and work full time in Government as an Administration Officer.

After recently separating for my partner, I’m looking for a safe and peaceful place to call home.

Most of the time I like to keep to myself but can be social around the right people ☺️ I like my home to be a place I can relax and recharge and have my own space. Happy to have an occasional social drink but nothing wild. I work from home 1-2 days a week, so would need a room big enough to fit my queen bed + desk. On weekends I’m pretty low key, getting out to catch up with friends or binge watching the real housewives 😆

I have a small fur baby 🐶 who is my world and my life pretty much revolves around him 😂 Nixon is a super friendly 12 year old Maltese x Shih Tzu who is house trained and doesn’t shed hair. He loves people and is in his senior years now, so I want to give him the calm and happy home he deserves. Nixon sleeps with me and has grown up being allowed on the lounge, so our housemate/s will need to love dogs and be okay with this. He is great company and will curl up either at your feet or right beside you 🤗

I’d prefer my own bathroom if possible, and it would be great to find someone who is looking to rent their home with one other person (as opposed to a house where every room is rented). An additional room that I could use as my office would be great. Ideally I’d like to find a housemate who I could consider a friend, is easy to get along with and also likes their own space. It’s also important that you’re accepting of Nixon. Flexible on availability for the right place.
