I am looking for a place to stay in the inner Sydney area encompassing Leichhardt, Pyrmont, Darlinghurst etc. I'm fully employed, neat, quiet, respectful and clean.

I enjoy being active with cycling, surfing and snorkeling being some of my favourite activities. I have an extensive surfboard quiver with which I can assist teaching friends and housemates how to surf.

I work full-time in the Sydney CBD area however am Newcastle based so I often travel home for weekends.

Prefer a relaxed and clean environment with respectful people who are happy and easy to get along with.

I am able to provide proof of employment and zero criminal record status in person. This will ensure that you are comfortable knowing I'm a safe person to live with and my history is clear.
