Hey! I’m looking for a like-minded co-tenant to team up with and secure a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Melbourne, ideally around Fitzroy or Collingwood (open to nearby inner-north areas too).

Abit about me. I’m pretty balanced. I enjoy going to the gym, watching movies, gaming and going to live music gigs. I also collect vinyl records and have a solid record player setup with me. I like the occasional night out with friends, but I also value quiet nights at home to unwind. Overall, I’m easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for someone with a similar vibe.

My budget is $800 per week listing price ($400 each). I’ll be bringing all my own furniture and appliances, so the place will be fully set up — you’ll only need to furnish your own room.
I’m looking for someone who’s happy to be on the lease for 12 months and prepared to provide all necessary documents and references.

With the rental market being super competitive, I’m keen to work together to submit a strong application to maximise our chances — having two people on the lease definitely helps.
