Hi, I’m Hiruni Thakshila, a 28-year-old Master’s student at Southern Cross University from Sri Lanka. I’m currently living in Brisbane and looking for a room in the Gold Coast area as I’ve started working in Surfers Paradise.

I’m a calm, respectful, and responsible person — quiet, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. I’m reliable with rent and happy to live in a house or apartment where there’s a positive, friendly atmosphere.

I’m looking for a private room, preferably with my own bathroom (ensuite only for my use). I’m fine with sharing common areas like the kitchen, living room, and laundry, but a private bathroom is important to me.

Preferred locations:
🚉 Near Helensvale Station, Varsity Lakes Station, Nerang Station, or Pimpama Station — close to public transport for easy travel to university and work.

Budget: AUD $250–$300 per week, ideally with bills included in the rent.
