My boyfriend and I are looking for a room to rent!

Im Anna, I'm 29 and from Scotland. My boyfriend is Ryan 29 from Ireland. We can move in with 2 weeks notice ideally.

We’d be keen to share a room in a spacious house ideally with a garden, outdoor seating space and garage. We’d be keen to pay around $350 each per week for the right place. So $700 in total for 1 room.

We’re open to most areas but in particular: Mount Lawley, Leederville, Subiaco, Guildford, Nedlands. But open to most areas!

We have been in Perth for almost 4 years and have applied for Permanent Residency.

We both do FIFO working 1 week off and on. I am a Field Assistant and Ryan is a Geologist. We work on the same roster Thursday to Thursday but for different companies.

We are a sociable couple and are usually pretty keen to spend time with our flatmates.

We both like spending time outdoors and doing things such as spending time at the beach, camping, cycling etc. We also enjoy drink at the weekend.

Previously, we have rented flats since we were 18 and would say I'm very easy going to live with. Both of us are clean and respectful flatmates and this is something I would hope for in my flatmates too.
