Hi All!🌻

I’m on the hunt for a long term sharehouse/rental. My budget is +/- $250 depending on the place ideally within a 30 minute drive of Perth Airport.

I am 23, from a very small town in South Georgia, United States. Think yeehaw.🍑 I’ve traveled around lots of Aus but have mostly been living in Perth as my base over the last 5 years. I have lots of positive experiences in sharehouses with many lovely references.☺️

I work full time as a mechanical trade assistant. I do shift work, around 53 hours a week so I’m always tired.😵‍💫 Definitely looking for a quiet and calming home rather than your typical early 20’s abode.

I take a lot of pride in living spaces and enjoy a clean, tidy home. I’m looking for housemates that are happy to clean up after themselves and respect common spaces/basic sharehouse etiquette.

I’ve been in my wholesome girl era for quite a while now- protecting my peace!👏🏼 I have a houseplant collection that gives me purpose.🪴 I am 99% sober but sometimes Taylor Swift drops a new album that puts me back on the red wines for a bit. I have a 384 day streak learning Spanish on duolingo.😏 I rarely cook, I eat mostly “girl dinners” or 5 random snackies. So if you’re a weapon on the stove and hate competing for the sharehouse kitchen I reckon I’d be your perfect match.😘 My biggest flex is that I never stress about rental inspections because my room is always spotless.💅🏾 On weekends you can probably find me at a farmers market, watching a sunset, or binging a Netflix doco with a k-beauty face mask on.🧖🏼‍♀️
