Jess

Hi my name is Jess and I’m a 22 year old girl that’s recently moved to the northern beaches and needing a place to rent by the end of the month (September 2023), preferably long term.
I work full time in early childhood education in Freshwater, 4 days a week 7:30-5:30, whilst continuing my university degree part time. In my spare time I really enjoy going down to the beach, going on walks, catching up with friends and learning how to surf.

I’ve previously lived out of home on my own but also with 5 roommates whilst I worked at the snow in Perisher, so I completely understand the need for clean communal spaces and time to relax on your own. I enjoy keeping a clean space and some down time to myself during the week as I’m pretty tired after work, but more than happy spending time getting to know my roommates and doing things together 😊

I’m looking for a place close to work roughly in my budget of $300-$370 a week and preferably with a washing machine.
I’m a chill, respectful and understanding person that’s more than happy to share the load of house work, punctual in paying my rent and hoping to meet likeminded people 😊
