Hey there 👋🏽 I’m Aiz - a 29-year-old Londoner living in Brisbane and looking for a grounded, growth-oriented home near Albion (where I lived in 2023). I’m after a 6–12 month stay, ideally around $300 p/w, and open to extending if it’s a great fit.

I’m passionate about health, creativity, and meaningful living - I train calisthenics most mornings at a gym in Albion, and work in disability support, event management and running my own leadership coaching business. My lifestyle’s pretty balanced: early mornings, a clean space and evenings spent cooking, reading or working on creative projects.

After several years bartending in hospitality, I no longer drink or smoke, but I’m still really social - I love good conversation over dinner, sunset walks and chill nights in with film or music. My home is my sanctuary, so I’m looking for housemates who value good energy, balance and mutual respect. I’m clean, organised and appreciate open communication in a calm, friendly household!

I can provide references from previous rentals in Brisbane (Albion, Nundah, Bowen Hills, Aspley), New Zealand (Wellington & Christchurch), and London, and I’m ready to move ASAP 😌
