Hey! I’m Tommy. I’m self-employed and work full-time running my own painting business, so I keep pretty busy throughout the week.

Outside of work, I enjoy getting out and about, whether that’s heading to the beach, grabbing a bite to eat, catching up with friends, or exploring new places. I’m social and enjoy spending time with people, but I also appreciate having a comfortable, relaxed home to come back to at the end of the day.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy, always clean up after myself, and I’m reliable when it comes to paying rent and bills on time. I respect other people’s space and privacy while also being happy to have a chat or hang out from time to time.

I’m looking for a place with friendly, considerate housemates who value a positive, easygoing living environment. Whether it’s sharing the occasional meal or simply enjoying a good atmosphere at home, I’m hoping to find a place that feels welcoming for everyone.
