Looking for a room to rent whilst studying and working full time.
I love doing things outdoors such as hikes or the beach.
If I'm not working I will most likely be in my room studying online.

I like to meal prep and gym in the mornings prior to work so I do get up early majority of the time.

I love to have a good chat but also respect peoples alone time/privacy.
I am clean and tidy as I'd expect the other person to be also.
